We designed a recruitment pitch deck for mid-career hiring in PowerPoint for Collabo house Co., Ltd.
Targeting candidates in their 20s and 30s, the design expresses the open, energetic character that defines Collabo House, without becoming too casual.
Our aim was to visually convey the people who work there and the company's vision, helping candidates clearly picture the company's atmosphere and what working there would be like.

Design
Strategy & Creative Approach
Focusing on visually conveying the appeal of the people and the company culture, we made extensive use of the photos provided to show the atmosphere on site and employees at work.
Building on the existing brand colours, we proposed colours and fonts and created design guidelines for the presentation, achieving a recruitment design that balances approachability and trust for mid-career candidates in their 20s and 30s.
The colour palette was chosen with legibility in mind for both online briefings and print. Pages such as employee interviews, job descriptions and project examples were templated so they can be updated in-house on an ongoing basis.
