For sales materials and company presentations, the pricing is calculated based on a per-slide rate and the total number of slides.
However, for investor pitches or presentations with minimal text per slide and a larger number of slides, we may provide a comprehensive quote for the entire set.
The pricing is dependent on the content and materials provided, so please feel free to inquire for a detailed estimate based on your specific needs.

I provide a manuscript in a format other than PowerPoint, how much will the additional cost be?

If I receive a manuscript in Word, Google Docs, or PDF format, an additional fee of approximately $550 to $800 will be charged separately for information architecture and the effort required for PowerPoint adaptation, in addition to the design fee.
For creating graphs or tables in PowerPoint based on images, the cost is approximately $100 per item.

For company introduction materials or sales documents, the average price typically ranges from NZ$2,200 to NZ$2,800 for approximately 20 pages.
For presentation or pitch materials, including around 30 animated slides, the cost is in the range of NZ$2,800 to NZ$3,200.
However, for documents like white papers that can leverage existing template designs or simpler materials with minimal text, we can propose a slightly lower cost.
We can provide guidance on what is achievable within your budget and what may not be feasible. Therefore, when discussing your needs, sharing a ballpark budget would greatly assist in offering a smooth and tailored proposal.

Is there a charge for corrections?

Accepted Answer

Minor adjustments, such as changing certain text, are generally included without additional charges.
However, modifications involving changes to text or images from the provided manuscript, as opposed to simple edits, may incur additional fees.
Typically, we finalize a style guide, including fonts, color schemes, and design direction, before proceeding with the overall design of all pages. Therefore, revisions after the initial draft submission are minimal, averaging around 0 to 2 rounds.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or PayPal.

Typically, our payment terms are month-end invoicing with payment due in the following month. However, for larger amounts or initial transactions, we may request upfront payment.
