The timeframe varies depending on the project, but for PowerPoint presentation creation (around 20 slides), it typically takes 7 to 10 days. For infographics or graphic creation, the average duration is around 5 days per item.
Please note that working days are generally weekdays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

For document creation, if content refinement or structural suggestions are required, we will propose them after the formal order placement.
Payment timing may involve upfront payment in some cases.
Yes, we can provide materials sourced from the stock site registered on our end at no additional cost as it is included in the design fee.
However, for specialized fields or specific product photos or illustrations, there might be instances where we can't provide them, and we may request you to source them.
If needed, we can propose and purchase materials from paid stock sites or collaborate with an illustrator for original illustrations at an additional cost.
Yes, generally, we assume that clients will provide the written content. If there are reference materials such as websites or PDFs, we can use them for proposals, but we may need additional information for content planning.
Please note that there are cases where we may not be able to provide writing services for certain content, and we appreciate your understanding in such situations.
We can accommodate design work using Google Slides. However, our ability to do so depends on your specific requirements. Please be advised that we do not support Keynote at this time.
In addition to email, I mainly use Slack, Discord, and Chatwork.
For ongoing transactions or long-term projects, we often proceed with Slack.

For materials with animations, we may also export them as mp4 or GIF files. In the case of document creation, the most common delivery formats are PowerPoint and PDF.

Billing FAQs
The basic fee is approximately $110 per page, depending on the amount of information and the condition of the manuscript. Additional charges may apply for complex graph/chart creation, text input from images, or other specific requirements.
For slides with minimal text, such as title pages, or pages where design reuse is possible, we can adjust the pricing accordingly.
For sales materials and company presentations, the pricing is calculated based on a per-slide rate and the total number of slides.
However, for investor pitches or presentations with minimal text per slide and a larger number of slides, we may provide a comprehensive quote for the entire set.
The pricing is dependent on the content and materials provided, so please feel free to inquire for a detailed estimate based on your specific needs.
If I receive a manuscript in Word, Google Docs, or PDF format, an additional fee of approximately $550 to $800 will be charged separately for information architecture and the effort required for PowerPoint adaptation, in addition to the design fee.
For creating graphs or tables in PowerPoint based on images, the cost is approximately $100 per item.
For company introduction materials or sales documents, the average price typically ranges from NZ$2,200 to NZ$2,800 for approximately 20 pages.
For presentation or pitch materials, including around 30 animated slides, the cost is in the range of NZ$2,800 to NZ$3,200.
However, for documents like white papers that can leverage existing template designs or simpler materials with minimal text, we can propose a slightly lower cost.
We can provide guidance on what is achievable within your budget and what may not be feasible. Therefore, when discussing your needs, sharing a ballpark budget would greatly assist in offering a smooth and tailored proposal.
Minor adjustments, such as changing certain text, are generally included without additional charges.
However, modifications involving changes to text or images from the provided manuscript, as opposed to simple edits, may incur additional fees.
Typically, we finalize a style guide, including fonts, color schemes, and design direction, before proceeding with the overall design of all pages. Therefore, revisions after the initial draft submission are minimal, averaging around 0 to 2 rounds.

The bank supports both Japan and New Zealand.
Typically, our payment terms are month-end invoicing with payment due in the following month. However, for larger amounts or initial transactions, we may request upfront payment.
