I designed a company profile presentation for e-solutions Inc., a company specialising in business development that balances solutions to social challenges with corporate profitability.
The original company profile, created in Adobe Illustrator, was converted into an editable PowerPoint presentation that could be easily updated and maintained in-house after delivery.
While preserving the existing design quality and brand identity, I rebuilt the presentation as a practical PowerPoint template for ongoing internal use.
New slides were also designed in line with the established visual guidelines, ensuring consistency throughout the entire company presentation.
In addition to the quality of the PowerPoint presentation design, the client highly valued the clear communication and well-organised deliverables.
A PowerPoint editing guide outlining key considerations was also provided to support future updates.
I converted e-solutions Inc.’s company profile presentation from Adobe Illustrator files into an editable PowerPoint format and redesigned it as a PowerPoint slide template.
While preserving the tone, visual style, and brand identity of the original design, I rebuilt the typography, charts, icons, and layouts individually within the Slide Master to make the presentation easy to edit in PowerPoint.
By creating the presentation as a reusable PowerPoint template, the final files can be easily revised and updated in-house.
For multi-page company profile presentations, maintaining both visual consistency and ease of editing is essential.
Infographics, statistical data, organisational information, and workplace content added to new slides were carefully structured into clear, engaging layouts, creating a PowerPoint presentation that can also be effectively used as a sales presentation and recruitment presentation.
To support smooth in-house updates after delivery, I also prepared a handover guide explaining how to edit the Slide Master, making it easier for the client to maintain and expand the PowerPoint presentation over time.
