We designed the Recruitment Culture Deck for Groovement Consulting in PowerPoint. Groovement Consulting is a business that introduces freelance consultants from Groovement and provides consulting services.
The company targets businesses that require team structuring for large-scale projects or those that need to maintain high quality within budget constraints. For this presentation design, we incorporated a high-class and professional aesthetic, which is the core of their brand image.
At the same time, we introduced brighter and fresher elements compared to the sleek corporate introduction deck previously created for Groovement, ensuring a well-balanced and refined visual approach.
We based the headings and fonts on the design of Groovement's corporate introduction deck while creating a new color scheme specifically for this Recruitment Culture Deck. The slides feature a blue-gray and light blue theme, offering a simple yet visually striking design with a well-balanced contrast.
Since Groovement operates multiple businesses, we focused on visualizing the structure of Groovement Consulting within the overall organization.
Additionally, as a recruitment-oriented presentation, we designed diagrams to clearly illustrate the company's evaluation system and internal structure, ensuring that key information is conveyed at a glance.
The Company Culture Deck serves as a crucial document for recruitment activities while also being a valuable reference for both external and internal audiences. By reinforcing company culture and ensuring that everyone recognizes the shared mission and vision, the deck helps align all members of the organization toward the same goals.
To achieve this, we visualized key elements such as the evaluation system, employee benefits, and core company values while ensuring that the presentation design aligns with Groovement Consulting’s branding.
The result is a PowerPoint deck that not only communicates essential information effectively but also strengthens the company’s identity.
